We are a family run operation and we ship orders Monday through Friday, most orders placed by 11 AM PST for items in stock will ship out the same day (Holidays excluded). If an item is not in stock you can request the order to be filled upon arrival of product and we will give you a discount of $10 on your order, in appreciation of your patience!
Shipping within Canada is via UPS, at the reduced rate of CA$10 per set of mats. You have the option to choose expedited shipping at additional cost, please see our website for details.
Shipping within the USA is via UPS, at the reduced rate of US $10 per set of mats. You have the option to choose expedited shipping at additional cost, please see our website for details.
Please allow 3 to 10 business days for your order to arrive, once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification
Please note that the goods become your possession once they leave our warehouse, and therefore you need to unpack and inspect your order, and in case of damage or missing parts file a claim directly with the courier. If for some reason the courier denies responsibility feel free to contact us, and we will do anything to make sure we can add you to the list of satisfied customers!

In case of warranty related problems, please contact the dealer where you bought the product. If you bought the product from this website, or if the dealer is unable to assist you, contact us at email@example.com OR at toll free 1- (844) 350-3876. You will need to obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization number (MRA) from us, and send the product back to us with a copy of the original invoice, the MRA number, and the details as to why the product is returned. Only complete sets can be returned, we will not accept partial shipments.
Product can only be returned if unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered only if the product is returned due to a manufacturers fault or error on our side. In that case we will issue you a pre-paid freight label.
In all other cases of returns such as “changed my mind” or “ordered wrong model” or “not as expected” the freight must be pre-paid by you in order to obtain a refund. All non-warranty returns are subject to a $10 re-stocking fee. If you ordered the wrong model by mistake we are willing to re-ship you the correct set and waive the re-stocking fee, in order to get you the product you want!
